Mark DeBacker is a seasoned financial industry executive with over 30 years’ experience in executive management positions with financial services organizations spanning global to start-up organizations. Mark has been an innovator in the lending industry in serving both commercial and consumer markets in maturing delivery channels and facilitating access to capital for consumers and entrepreneurs. Throughout his ventures Mark has funded over $1 billion of capital to the U.S. economy.
Mark recently founded and oversaw a successful startup specialty finance company earning multiple Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing US Company Awards and a successful investor4x exit as Chairman and CEO. Mark directly oversees all Company client relationships with a focus on startup and CFO advisory services.
Stefanie Cote is a team-building innovator. Stefanie has overseen numerous teams in the hospitality industry including Fortune 500 Companies where she has been a change-leader. At Innovate, Stefanie leads all bookkeeping service teams. Stefanie has anAssociates of Finance Degree from the College of Southern Nevada, is Quickbooks certified and is also Certified Sommelier.
